Outcome: Have a clear plan on how to build a lifelong partnership with your man
Length: 7 weeks
Week 1: understanding one's relationship dynamics and patterns
Week 2: learning self-awareness; understanding one’s emotions and how it impacts relationship dynamics; journaling
Week 3 and 4 communicating needs and desires clearly while understanding partner’s perspective and feelings; role-playing scenarios
Week 5: resolving conflicts constructively and calmly; approach conflicts as opportunities for growth while being mindful of partner and where he is at; conflict de-escalation method if necessary
Week 6: aligning and harmonizing personal development/growth with relational development/growth via goal-setting; grow alongside your partner, ensuring that both your needs and aspirations and those of the relationship are met harmoniously
Week 7: Creating a clear sustainable vision and plan for maintaining a happy, lasting relationship with strategies and commitments that align with both partners' long-term happiness and success
Outcome: Having ways to increase or strengthen emotional intimacy with your partner
Length: 8 weeks
Week 1 reminisce about the good days and what he is currently doing that you like
Week 2 appreciation and showing gratitude; practice not blaming or criticizing partner
Week 3 choose a date night; plan it out
Week 4 and 5 tell your partner something that has been long been bothering you that you have not mentioned before to him
Week 6 choose a method to communicate to your partner when you need to and decide how long from an incident to share with your partner about it
Week 7 and 8 work on doing something your partner desires from you
Outcome: Walk away with a strategy to communicate better with your partner
Length: 4 weeks
Week 1 and 2 understanding how you communicate, determining what's not working, what's been ineffective
Week 3 communicating to get better results based on partner’s way of communicating, temperament, personality
Week 4 reflection and plan to better communicate with partner
Outcome: Knowing the type of person you can build a lifelong relationship with
Length: 6 weeks
Week 1 reviewing what didn't work from previous relationships and what you did like from each of them and could see with a potential lifelong partner, being grateful of the past; no regrets; clean slate
Week 2 start writing down what you want from a partner
Week 3 and 4 understand non negotiables or what you will absolutely not tolerate in a lifelong partner
Week 5 understand what you will bring to the relationship and if what you're seeking in a partner is something you can complement more likely
Week 6 put together a list and be ready to date and sift based on that list
Each 1-on-1 session is 2 hours max
